I am passionate about helping people discover their purpose. What were you put on this earth to do? What God given talents and abilities do you have and how are you using them to make a difference in our world? Mark Twain said it well, "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why." Whether it is counseling, coaching, spiritual direction, teaching, leadership development, or managing my team, I want to bring out the best in people, add value to them, and help them answer the WHY question. I've been blessed to able to be a pastor and consultant the last 27 years, along with doing some leadership coaching, speaking at retreats and camps, and even personal training too.
